Most Unusual Berlin Hotels | Michelberger

1. Michelberger

The Michelberger is a Berlin institution. But it’s a unique choice in comparison to your average hotel. There’s a Byron Katie book in every guest room and The Big Lebowski playing in an infinite loop on every TV. They also frequently offer music events and more.

3. Wilmina

The Wilmina is a gorgeously renovated modern hotel, housed in a former women’s prison. Most Unusual Berlin Hotels | Hotel Oderberger

4. Hotel Oderberger

Hands down, the star of Hotel Oderberger is the 65-foot-long pool. Set beneath a vaulted stone ceiling and arched columns, the pool makes a stunning first impression from the lobby. However, the building itself is also worth a look: a renovated bathhouse first designed by architect Ludwig Hoffmann, who also designed the city’s iconic Pergamon Museum.
